Remote support is now the most common, safest and cost-efficient way of providing support for your home or business with prices starting as low as £40 per hour.

Our on-site call is priced at £65 for the first hour and £45 for each additional hour.

If you wish to bring equipment to our main location 3 Stag Road, ME5 8LG you are welcome to drop it off and collect it once the repair is completed, service or upgrade is complete at just £40 per hour.

We also offer 1 to 1 remote or face to face IT training charged at the same rate as support.

To help keep costs low and save on CO2 emissions we try and only carry the essential tools and equipment with us if we are coming to you so we will ask questions to get the best idea of the problem so we can be prepared for the job when we arrive at your location.

We also offer an UniFi network hosted controller service at just £2 per device PCM keeping your network updated and secure. We also sell and rent UniFi network equipment such as Access Points, Secure Gateways and Switches which can be pre-configured so will work when they arrive at your site.

All prices can increase with inflation, cost of living, full etc. So the next payment may be more than the last one within the billing cycle. No notice of price changes will need to be given however we will try to post notification of any price increases. We will do our best to keep price changes to a minimum but with the current state of energy prices, this is now an issue for all of us.
